As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities and our customers around the globe, we feel it is important to connect with you and provide a brief description of our preparedness.
As a company with customers and associates in dozens of countries, we are committed to actively managing our business through the dynamic events associated with this pandemic. We are constantly assessing our continuing support to our customers. Our Partners & Leadership Team are staying informed of the updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and government entities who regulate travel, such as the U.S. State Department.
Our preparation for disruptive events means our staff members and consultants are well-equipped and able to work remotely to support our clients, when needed. Because of our geographic breadth, we do have the ability to still be effective with our clients by utilizing our local associates whenever possible. To the extent that work can be achieved remotely, we encourage that. We are curtailing out-of-region travel, except for situations where the risk is deemed minimal.
We will continue to follow and monitor information from the CDC, WHO, and local health organizations so that we can make appropriate decisions and provide the ongoing support and services CCO brings to your business.
We wish you, your family, and your communities good health and safe environments in which to live and work. Please reach out to the CCO team for any support you may need.
