Operations Support Manager
Virginia Cameron joined the company in September of 2021 as the Operations Support Manager for Cornerstone Consulting Organization, LLC. (CCO) and Premier Staffing Solutions (PSS). With almost 20 years’ experience in Operations, Virginia brings operational knowledge from virtually every perspective including front-line supervision and plant management. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and has a degree in Business Administration / Operations.
During her time with Whirlpool, Virginia performed multiple job functions and at various locations which has given her vast insight into how all “pieces of the puzzle” need to fit together to have a successful operation. Throughout her time as an independent consultant, Virginia worked with several Northwestern Ohio companies assisting in areas such as, Women’s Mentoring for production supervisors and managers; translator and interpreter with Central American Partners; Project Manager for various production line start-ups; and Quality initiatives.
With a high EQ and key systems knowledge, she can communicate effectively at all internal and external levels. She has worked in facilities with under 100 to over 2,500 employees. Virginia can adapt to the cultural changes that come with differing work environments.
Throughout her career, she has been recognized for a “can do” and “will do” attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines with extraordinary results.
