Director of Diversity

Virginia is a skilled professional, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has a Business Administration degree. She quickly advanced from Operations Support Manager to Director of Administration and Continuous Improvement at Cornerstone Consulting Organization. Her passion for diversity and inclusion led her to become the Director of Diversity for CCO and its affiliated companies. 

As Director of Diversity, Virginia drives change and spearheads initiatives. She secured Corporate Sponsorship with NVBDC and played a vital role in its re-certification. Her dedication to diversity extends beyond work, as her family has a history of serving the nation and local first responders.
