Cornerstone Consulting Organization (CCO), a specialized business consulting and staffing company focused on operational excellence, announces the addition of Mark Dawkins, vice president of business development.

Mark DawkinsWith over two decades of experience in strategic global commercial sales and sourcing leadership, Mark began his career with five years at Proctor & Gamble as senior purchasing manager and then as group purchasing manager.

Mark rapidly grew his career and skills in international strategic sourcing for Avery Dennison Corporation, an international manufacturing and distribution company, as group purchasing director, and then as vice president of purchasing for the company’s Fasson Roll North America division.

Mark excels at driving sales profitability and growth, as demonstrated during his time as general manager, North America, for World Wide Stationery Holdings, a global stationery and office supply company. While there, he streamlined operations, developed innovative programs, and led successful product launches in the North American market.

“I understand the challenges manufacturing companies face because I’ve been in their shoes,” Mark said. “I’m thrilled to join CCO and ready to jump in and put my experience to good use helping leaders navigate critical aspects of their business, like cost control, operations, contract negotiations, and supply chain, which can greatly affect profitability.” 

Mark earned a bachelor of science in engineering management at the United States Military Academy at West Point. While at West Point, he was a three-time varsity football letterman. After graduating, he served five years as field artillery officer in the United States Army.
