Founded in 2004, Interim HR Consulting is a nationally recognized staffing, recruiting and executive search firm providing staffing solutions for companies of all sizes and geographies, including multiple Fortune 500 companies across various industries.


The firm will be a subsidiary of CCO and start a new operation called Premier Staffing Solution (PSS), which will open a new corporate office in Toledo, Ohio later this year. In Chicago, where Interim HR built its brand and is currently headquartered, the company will continue to operate under its current name.


CCO and Interim HR Consulting – and now the Premier Staffing Solution team – are a great fit, as demonstrated by the results we’ve achieved since getting together. In the six weeks before our acquisition became final, we placed over 170 hourly employees around the U.S. – often within hours of activating a recruitment assignment. Here are just two examples:


  • In July we received a call from a company desperately searching for hourly labor to support high production demands. Within 72 hours we had 10 certified CNC operators working in the plant.


  • In August a company was in urgent need of assemblers and welders to clear a backlog of customer orders. After identifying and submitting 66 prospects within 48 hours, we worked to ensure the company was fully staffed within nine days of their initial call.
